Planning a conference, convention, expo or other
special event? All of our Faithful Food products can be private labeled
with your company's logo and personalized message. We also offer 100
percent Arabica coffee brightly packaged with a customized label and

Shipping
We ship all of our orders UPS or USPS unless you have called to
make other arrangements. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Return Policy
Quality and satisfaction are our number one priority, but if
there is any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a
Money-Back Guarantee.
Please call us first so that we can authorize your
return. All items must be in original, resellable condition.
The following options are available when you decide to
return your purchase:
● Refund - total refund minus any shipping costs
(Prorated refund for shipping charges if an item is broken or damaged.).
Please allow 3 working days for processing.
● Replacement - we will ship the replacement within 3 working
days.
● Credit - we will issue a store credit for the amount that will
be redeemable at any time.

Damaged Items
If any of our products arrive damaged, keep the package as is and
contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to keep the damaged
items long enough in case the carrier wishes to inspect the damage. We
will notify the carrier and follow their procedures to claim
compensation.

All Faithful Foods, Inc. bakery, foods & mixes are produced in a
commercial kitchen that processes peanut, tree nut, wheat, soy and milk
products.
